OSC provided public information support to the Commercial Law Reform Program, delivering technical assistance to the Ministry of Justice and the court system in Bulgaria. The project included communications capacity assessments, formation of working groups, drafting policy documents and normative acts, training for specific target groups and outreach to increase target audience and public awareness of the reforms undertaken in each program area.
