TV Training Specialist

OSC seeks a Broadcast Media Training Expert for short- and long-term international assignments. Broadcast professional with a multi-skilled background including reporting, digital video editing, and camera operation for television.

The TV Journalism Training Expert must have:

Minimum of five (5) years experience as television Journalist/Reporter, Producer or Presenter
Minimum of three (3) years experience in broadcast media training, including ability to use and train others on digital editing software applications (Final Cut, etc)
Experience working in post-conflict environments

Radio Journalism Training Expert

OSC seeks a Radio Journalism Training Expert for short and long-term assignments. Broadcast professional with a multi-skilled background, including radio production, editorial decision making, reporting, and digital editing.

The Radio Journalism Training Expert must have:

Minimum of five (5) years experience as radio Journalist/Reporter, Producer or Presenter
Minimum of three (3) years experience in journalism training for radio, including digital editing software applications
Experience working in post-conflict or developing country environments

Public Outreach Specialist- Civil Society, Elections

OSC is seeking public outreach specialists for both short and long term assignments.

Public Outreach Specialists must have:

Minimum five (5) years experience in NGO/CSO communications and community outreach
Minimum five (5) years experience in coalition building and advocacy, or elections training
Experience delivering training seminars and workshops in the above areas
Experience working in post-conflict environments

Broadcast Regulation Advisor

OSC is seeking an experienced broadcast regulation advisor for both short and long term assignments.

The Broadcast Regulation Advisor must have:

Minimum five (5) years experience in broadcast regulation and/or licensing
Experience developing program content standards
Experience working in post-conflict environments
Experience working with elections commissions preferred

Health Communications Specialists
OSC is seeking Health Communications Specialists for short- and long-term assignments on projects in Central and Eastern Europe, Central and South East Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America. Minimum of five years overseas experience, significant health sector work, and local language ability. Behavior change communication, reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, and youth health project experience preferred.
