Public Outreach Specialists
OSC seeks public outreach specialists for both short- and long-term assignments in Afghanistan.
Public Outreach Specialists must have:
- 7+ years of experience designing and implementing comprehensive, research-driven communications strategies
- 7+ years of experience in building government and/or NGO communications, public education, and community outreach capacity
- Training experience, including material design and training of trainers
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven track record as team member working with local and international staff
- Professional experience in Afghanistan preferred

- 7+ years of experience in building government and/or NGO communications, public education, and community outreach capacity

- Proven track record as a team member working with local and international staff
- Professional experience in Iraq preferred
Strategic Communications Specialists
Overseas Strategic Consulting, Ltd., is seeking Strategic Communications/Outreach Specialists for work in Colombia.
Strategic Communications/Outreach Specialists must have:
- 7+ years of experience designing and implementing comprehensive, research-driven communications strategies
- 7+ years of experience in building government and/or NGO communications, public education, and community outreach capacity
- Training experience, including material design and training of trainers
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven track record as a team member working with local and international staff
- Professional experience in Colombia
- Fluency in Spanish (working language is Spanish)
OSC seeks Strategic Communication Specialists for short-term assignments in several Balkan locations.
Strategic Communications Specialists must have:
- 7+ years of experience designing and implementing comprehensive, research-driven communications campaigns
- 7+ years of experience in building government and/or NGO communications, public education, and community outreach capacity
- Training experience, including material design and training of trainers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional experience in the Balkan region preferred
Health Communications Specialists
OSC is seeking Health Communications Specialists for short- and long-term assignments on projects in sub-Saharan Africa and Iraq.
Health Communications Specialists must have:
- 7+ years of experience designing and implementing comprehensive, research-driven communications campaigns for promoting primary health care
- 5+ years of experience in building government outreach capacity at the community, provincial, and national level
- Strong record in designing and leading behavior change communication (BCC) activities
- Professional experience in creating public outreach campaigns related to reproductive health, HIV/AIDS and STD prevention and treatment, and youth health education
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- For work in Africa, local language ability preferred
