OSC is developing internal and external communications strategies for the Ministry of Finance in support of pension reforms. OSC is working with the media advisor to the Minister of Finance and other local counterparts to assist them to effectively communicate issues regarding the modernization of the Pension Funds for Public and Private Employees and Government Employees. OSC will conduct focus groups with pension fund employees and members of targeted public groups, and use this research to develop a suite of informational materials and messages targeting pension fund employees, employers, and retirees.
SEGIR GBTI / Sales Tax Public Education

OSC developed and implemented a multi-tiered public information campaign about the tax system, the extension of the General Sales Tax, and a program that improved awareness and attitudes about sales tax and the Sales Tax Department among government officials and tax department employees. OSC also developed the schedule and plan of activities for creating a formal Public Information Division within the Sales Tax Department.
