Enterprise Growth Initiative
USAID 2003-2005
OSC developed and implemented communications strategies in support of a wide range of enterprise growth initiatives, including the Credit Information Bureau, Secured Lending Filing Office, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Revenue Enhancement, and New Tax Code and Amnesty Law. OSC delivered a series of participatory trainings for Business Association members and high-level executives, building their capacity to design media plans, develop messages, and deliver information to stakeholders and the general public.

 

Tuberculosis Treatment and Control
USAID 2003
In coordination with USAID and the Georgia TB technical advisory team, OSC developed, managed, and implemented the Information and Education campaign in support of TB prevention and treatment. The campaign increased community awareness and participation in TB prevention, detection, treatment, compliance, and education activities.

 

Public Education in Support of Economic Reform

USAID 1999-2001

OSC developed and managed an integrated public education program across a portfolio of USAID economic reform projects, including small and medium enterprise development, land reform, accounting reform, capital markets development, tax and fiscal reform, banking supervision, and privatization. OSC provided weekly training for the Privatization and Finance ministries in developing and implementing coordinated communications campaigns. OSC's training was tailored to the specific needs and interests of the government personnel participating in the seminars. As a result of the training, the privatization and finance ministry staffs were able to successfully manage their own public awareness campaigns.
