The Nigeria REFORMS program aimed to improve the policy environment and address major impediments to economic growth in Nigeria. OSC trained civil society organizations and government counterparts in the use of media to support policy and institutional reform. OSC advised on systems and approaches to reduce opportunities for corruption and to increase transparency through regular dialog between residents and government.
