OSC's headquarters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has all the necessary equipment and facilities to carry out successful project management, contract monitoring, project reporting and logistics for projects ranging from short term interventions to multi-year, large scale projects.

All of OSC's project staff are full-time employees who, in addition to their OSC assignments, have worked in Belgium, Ecuador, Haiti, Ireland, Moldova, Mozambique, Poland, Puerto Rico, Romania, Tajikistan, South Africa, Sudan, Sweden, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.
