2004-2006

OSC was selected to provide strategic communications consultation for USAID operations in Pristina, Kosovo on a subcontract with Bearing Point. OSC has designed and is currently implementing a Public Education and Information program that provides support to the government infrastructure development project headed up by the United Nations Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) - European Union (EU) with technical assistance provided by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

OSC is producing a weekly media digest to monitor mass media reporting on the reforms and is organizing workshops for media representatives in Kosovo to increase media awareness of the ongoing government infrastructure development and economic reforms. OSC's ongoing activities include: production and dissemination of press releases, brochures, Q&A leaflets; organization of press-briefings, seminars, economic road shows, and close cooperation with the limited television and radio venues available in the region.

General Business and Trade & Investment Component / SEGIR
1999-2004

OSC designed and implemented a public education and information program that provided support to the government infrastructure development project headed up by the United Nations Mission in Kosovo.

Components of the project included the construction of a Central Fiscal Authority to establish operative budget, financial management and tax systems; the establishment of a banking regulatory and oversight structure; the design of a framework for private sector development and the creation of a workable commercial legal structure.
