Outreach and partnering with CSO/NGOs
Through partnering and constant coordination with government ministries, international organizations, NGOs and diplomatic missions, OSC has created extensive distribution and outreach networks.
By coordinating databases, infrastructure and professional resources, OSC is able to access diverse populations, including difficult to reach demographics such as displaced persons and refugees, through social contacts with which the recipient is already familiar and confident.
In successful efforts to improve media coverage of reform issues, OSC has partnered with CSO/NGOs to train new, non-governmental sources of information for journalists and has prepared representatives of NGOs to initiate and manage their own public outreach.
