Privatization Public Education


World Bank 1993 – 1995

OSC designed and delivered a public outreach campaign that included production of radio, television, outdoor, print, direct mail, and public transportation. The OSC-produced program “Privatization Day,” aired weekly on State Radio and featured three privatization-related programs, including the popular “Pioneers of Privatization.” OSC’s media monitoring system tracked all privatization-related media generated by the campaign and distributed a weekly bi-lingual “Media Monitoring Report” to over thirty official entities in Minsk.
