Ukraine Agriculture and Rural Development Support (ARDS)

ARDS works to facilitate land reforms through support to government and community leaders with analysis and outreach efforts aiming to explain the merits of a transparent and open agricultural land market. OSC provides support to the ARDS technical and communications teams on the design and implementation of a comprehensive strategy for the Land Reform Advocacy & Awareness Raising Campaign. OSC leads capacity building efforts of local organizations to develop effective community mobilization and advocacy aimed at educating rural populations about land laws and procedures, their land rights, the status of land reforms, and the value of land. OSC develops communications strategies that address concerns and myths about these laws and procedures and leverages communications channels utilized by target populations.
