Transparency and Accountability  Open decision making processes that stakeholders perceive as fair and honest are the foundation for OSC's work. OSC enables civil society organizations, local citizens and diaspora communities to learn about and evaluate government performance by organizing media events and building the communications and outreach capacity of government officials and ministries.

Sustainability  OSC's capacity building, training-of-trainers, and mentoring ensure sustainable impacts. OSC makes maximum use of local citizens in the design and implementation of its strategic communications campaigns, creating local stand-alone capability for future communications, outreach and public education efforts.

 

Measurable Results  OSC is expert in developing performance indicators that assess both the output and the impact of technical assistance. By employing baseline and midline surveys, follow-up interviews, focus groups, post-training questionnaires, media monitoring, and content analysis, OSC demonstrates the impact of its work and assists its clients in assessing and reporting on the overall success of their efforts.
